Hey! I'm Kaitlin!

I'm the girl behind all things Think Happy! I’m a mom of two cute & crazy kiddos, I love Goldendoodles, cheesy analogies, & pump up music. I've taught gobs of women what I'm here to teach you:

  1. How to reduce your daily stress

  2. How to decrease your unproductive time

  3. How to increase the amount of time you have to pour into YOU!

For more than 15 years, I have been implementing routines in my own life that have helped me not only manage an overflowing plate, but also have time to be present with my family and friends.

I totally nerd out over time management, routine creation and implementation, goal-setting, and keeping your own cup full.

In the past 5 years alone, I have written and published a book, launched my podcast, started my business, and have become a mother to two kiddos. None of this would have been possible without my routines, time management, and task prioritization.

And guess what, I’m here to teach you the same methods I have successfully used!

About Think Happy

The roots for Think Happy go back to the beginning of my professional career. I was a high achieving "yes-girl" whose plate was overflowing with commitments.

At the peak of this time, I was working well over 60 hours per week, teaching fitness classes, the president of Houston's largest B2B Marketing association, writing a book, not getting enough sleep, burning the candle at both ends, newly married, trying to maintain a social life, and all the while, I thought I was doing all of the "right" things...........and then I got pregnant.

Pregnancy forced me into a place where I could no longer physically or mentally handle life the way I was living.

This presented itself as chronic upper respiratory infections, extremely high anxiety, a very physically uncomfortable pregnancy, and ultimately, an emergency c-section at 36 weeks.

I didn't know it at the time, but this was a huge turning point for me. And now, Think Happy exists because of it. To date, I've had the opportunity to coach over 50 women and support them in having more time & energy for themselves and the people that mean the most to them.
