Hey! I'm Kaitlin!

Hi and welcome to Think Happy, Co! I’m Kaitlin—mom of two, founder of Think Happy, and your go-to girl for helping moms find simplicity in their everyday lives.

I started this company to support moms like you in creating organization and routines that actually work for your family—using the resources you already have. That often means decluttering and organizing physical spaces (like toys, papers, and all the everyday chaos) and mental spaces (like taming the never-ending to-do list, building routines, and creating simple systems that stick).

Outside of work, I’m wife to Oakley, mom to Eleanor and James, and dog-mom to our Goldendoodle, Guppy. I love a strong french roast coffee, blast pump-up music on the regular, and never turn down a good workout.

When I’m not chasing my two littles around, you’ll find me sipping wine with friends, curled up in bed with a good book, or out on a date night with Oakley!

Since 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to coach over 50 women (in person and virtually) and support them in not only lightening their mental load, but also simplifying their homes and routines so they can feel more present, less overwhelmed, and become the mom they truly want to be.

And guess what, I’m here to teach you the same methods I have taught them (and use myself)!

I'm so thankful to have crossed paths with you!

About Think Happy

The roots for Think Happy go back to the beginning of my professional career. I was a high achieving "yes-girl" whose plate was overflowing with commitments.

At the peak of this time, I was working well over 60 hours per week, teaching fitness classes, the president of Houston's largest B2B Marketing association, writing a book, not getting enough sleep, burning the candle at both ends, newly married, trying to maintain a social life, and all the while, I thought I was doing all of the "right" things...........and then I got pregnant.

Pregnancy forced me into a place where I could no longer physically or mentally handle life the way I was living.

This presented itself as chronic upper respiratory infections, extremely high anxiety, a very physically uncomfortable pregnancy, and ultimately, an emergency c-section at 36 weeks.

I didn't know it at the time, but this was a huge turning point for me. And now, Think Happy exists because of it. To date, I've had the opportunity to coach over 50 women and support them in having more time & energy for themselves and the people that mean the most to them.
