Firm up from head to toe in MAT, a full body workout that uses techniques from barre, pilates, and yoga. Or, get the best of both cardio and strengthening in a COMBO class!
Classes are first come, first serve. All participants must sign a safety waiver. Payment is required to secure your spot in class.
