Hi, I’m Kaitlin and I am here to help you create sustainable habits and routines that 1) reduce your daily stress by creating systems and control, 2) decrease your wasted/unproductive time, and 3) increase the amount of time you have to refill your own cup.

For more than 15 years, I have been implementing routines in my own life that have helped me not only manage an overflowing plate, but also have time to be present with my family and friends. I totally nerd out over time management, routine creation and implementation, goal-setting, and keeping your own cup full.

In the past 5 years alone, I have written and published a book, launched my podcast, started my business, and have become a mother to two kiddos. None of this would have been possible without my routines, time management, and task prioritization.

Will I get hands-on support from Kaitlin?

  • Yes! You will receive daily support from Kaitlin via 1:1 messaging in Voxer plus support from Kaitlin in bi-weekly 1:1 calls.

  • When do the calls take place & how long is each call? 

  • Because this is private coaching, you will get to schedule each of your calls to insure your availability. Calls are 45 minutes each. You have the option to have your call recorded so you can go back and review the information you and Kaitlin discuss.

How long do I get access to the material? 

  • You will have LIFETIME access to all of our calls (if you opt to have them recorded), all assets we create for you, plus all additional bonus materials. 

What if I want to hop in next time?
