I’m all about creating sustainable habits - so rather than totally giving up screen time, I’m going to teach you how to make some tweaks so you can conquer and control your screen time!
This 2 day workshop will be jam packed with loads of information, tips, and action-orientated steps for you to use so you can conquer your screen time.
We will talk about:
Differentiating between necessary and unnecessary screen time and how to balance the two
How to identify how much time you actually spend in front of screens (and how to cut back on this time)
How to develop and stick with screen time boundaries that fit with your life
How to create attainable and sustainable goals surrounding screen time
